A small group of Blizzard fans is still waiting for a sequence announcement that can never come. I’m definitely speaking about the death and return of the company’s first title, Superman, published under the “Blizzard Entertainment” brand.

I’m joking. I’m actually talking about Warcraft III. Fans of Blizzard’s imagination RTS has waited more than 15 years for a sequence and … well, they are still not getting one. But getting them a remastered Warcraft III and possibly Warcraft III: Frozen Throne. Here’s the renovated opening scene:

It is not clear whether it is a remaster or remake. Starcraft: Remastered, well, was a remaster, with a unit capabilities and gameplay that was duplicated properly in another modern version of the game. Lesson of Starcraft: Remastered Page says: “Starcraft®: Remastered upgrades to the necessary sci-fi strategy experience from beginning to end. Welcome to the Star Craft: Brood War, in the original game and its award winning expanse.”

Now, compare it to WC3R text: “Warcraft III: Reformed is a surprising re-evaluation of the revolutionary real-time strategy game that has laid the foundation for the most epic stories of Azerot, which is a remake in the best sense, Overhaul, a suite of contemporary social and get-together features and much more. ”

This is not exactly the same, but it is not clear where the differences are. The game’s website is in reference to updated units, voice over and animations – but Starcraft: Remastered also includes them. In fact, one of the biggest challenges for developers was that they lacked many original art properties. Like Zerling, some creatures had to be animated again from scratch. It was impossible to see the desired details on the model, which was only 30 pixels high, so Starcraft: Remastered team had to go back to the beginning of the Zerling concept art. In fact, the improvements made to the WC3R website appear online with the changes made in Starrcraft: Remastered, there is still a remake and no one was there. So what’s the difference? We do not know yet – but at least one thing is planning to clear the snow storm.

The Frozen Throne Extension for Warcraft III concludes with the two creatures of the mighty power that extends it to the top of the world. Monster hunter Ilyn Hurricane traveled to Northland to destroy Lich King and found Litch King’s greatest champion, Death Night Arthouse Mentil, waiting for him. Blizzard’s skill with theater was already legendary, and the fans eagerly anticipated epic beatdowns for curiosity to wait for cut-scene. What did we get … it was … it was.

Rumors have been online for years that the Blizzard had crunched for time and was not really the option to make a terrible cinematic war. The above mentioned video was so bad that the players did not know that Elidan also escaped the fight. Now that the company has time to remaster the game, a new, better version of the fight can happen respectively. Looking at the company’s language and a disaster, we are expecting some important life reforms. Regardless, the game is strong as Starcraft: Remastered, players will be happy.
